ABOUT ME
I am a recent graduate of University of Delaware's History and Museum Studies Master of Arts programs. Over the course of my graduate studies, I've taken coursework in collections management, grant writing, and digital humanities.
My professional experience reflects a dual interest in collections management and public outreach. During my time in graduate school I've completed graduate assistantships at the Read House and Gardens in Historic New Castle and Winterthur Museum, Library, and Gardens in Wilmington, Delaware. I've also completed internships with Fort Delaware State Park and the Museum of Alaska Transportation and Industry and served on the University of Delaware Museum SWAT team.
In 2015, I graduated from the University of Rochester with a dual major in history and religion. That year, I also won the Religion Department's Senior Writing Award for my second thesis, "Proud to be Catholic: the Contemporary American Ash Wednesday." My interest in Roman Catholicism continues; I am completing a research project that examines the canonization and collective remembrance of St. Katharine Drexel.
