PUBLIC HISTORY PROJECTS

Read House Holiday Interpretation: I researched and created this house interpretation for the 2015 holiday season. The interpretation served as a seasonal replacement for the general house tour, and is notable for being the first Read House tour to include the servants in the narrative.
-
Read House Spring Overlay: In contrast to the seasonal interpretation, I designed the 2016 spring overlay to supplement the general house tour, not to replace it. The "prohibition" theme was a playful allusion to the house's previous policy against photography, as well as a more blatant reference to the beverage theme of the overlay.

World War I and World War II Posters Finding Aid: I completed this finding aid as a part of the final project for my Archives and Paper Collections Management class. This project entailed moving oversized World War I and World War II posters into more accessible storage space, cataloging the posters, and creating a new finding aid in ArchivesSpace.
